To enter the United State legally is like climbing Mt. Everest. It can take years to obtain a green card while waiting in one’s mother country. And then, only if you have a college degree. If you are a regular working Joe, you have almost no chance to immigrate to the US.
Just to visit (must obtain a visitor’s visa) the USA from countries such as Taiwan, Thailand, Romania, China or Russia … just to name a few, you need the following:
- Title deed to property in your home country.
- At least $50,000 usd in your bank account.
- Stand in line waiting for a visa interview for 2 or more hours.
- An invitation from someone in America.
- Pay $100.00 usd for a Visa application (non-refundable if visa is denied).
Residents of Japan, England and Germany, just to name a few, don’t need a visitor’s visa to visit the US. Only a valid passport from their homeland.
Please note that a Visa only grants travel to the USA. It does not grant entry. Entry is granted by an Immigration Inspector at the USA port of Entry. The Immigration Inspector can bar you from entering and send you back home immediately.
